3. User Account

Account Registration

Edited Content

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the edited images for your intended purposes. We retain the right to display edited images in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation

Termination by User

Termination by Company

Effect of Termination

Liability Cap
